Rules & Regulations

School happens to be a second home for the student where the child is spending more than 5 hours per day studying, so a set of rules & regulations are laid before you to imbibe self discipline amongst students.

1. Students are expected to come regularly to school except on days when they are sick. A proper application is to be sent addressed to the principal through the class teacher if a student wants to avail leave.

2. Absent without leave application will be marked as absent “A” in the class attendance register and if the leave is on an assessment date then retest will not be carried out.

3. If a student is late, he/she will be marked Tardy “T” in the attendance register.

4. No student is expected to bring expensive items to school i.e. mobile, pen drive, expensive watch jewellery etc. Any loss or breakage will not be compensated by the school or held responsible for.

5. Girls are not expected to wear dangling jewellery of any sort. Fancy clips and hair bands except the school band are not allowed.

6. All the items brought to school should be properly tagged and labeled. It’s not the school’s duty to keep track of student’s belongings. Each student has to take care of his/her own personal belongings.

7. Students are expected to adhere to school reporting time. A late coming in any case is not advisable and should be refrained from.

8. Parents visiting hours are from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. These timing are to be strictly adhered to.

9. The school gates are however open on PTM days from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

10. It is advised that parents should not send costly items to the teachers, as we believe the best token of appreciation is the child who knows how to please the teacher with small handmade cards & notes.
